Round-the-world training tours
We are professionals in the field of studying abroad, and our consultants must learn about a vast number of study programmes in countries around the world. For this reason, our staff frequently take part in overseas training programmes etc to improve on their knowledge, and since 2012 we have made it necessary for all new consultant employees to complete a round-the-world training course, Newly employed consultants take over 2 months to cover 8 popular study destinations to gain the basic knowledge required to be an educational consultant.Educational consultant categories
In knowing an educational consultant’s ability, as well as the amount of knowledge they have, their past records of the numbers of students sent abroad are also an important factor. For this, we place our consultants under the following categories, in order for customers to see more easily the level of experience staff members have.Senior Consultants
Staff with at least 10 years experience in study abroad consultation and who are seen as having the expected abilityChief Consultants
Staff with at least 5 years experience in study abroad consultation and who are seen as having the expected abilityWe also have consultant staff who hold the below governemnt accreditation qualifications.
